Transaction sales and purchases

Maximum amounts: the fees actually charged may be lower and are set in the agreement. Fees are payable by the seller unless otherwise stated in the agreement. The amount and the responsible party are shown in each listing.
For buyer representation, fees are calculated on the same schedule and are payable by the buyer.
Fees are due only upon completion of the sale, as recorded in the final deed of sale.
Sale guarantee: if the property has not sold within 3 months, part of the commission is refunded to the seller, under the terms set out in the agreement.

Caps set by Decree No. 2014-890 of August 1, 2014, as revised by the Order of July 17, 2025. Based on the habitable floor area.
The tenant’s share may never exceed the landlord’s.
No property management services are provided after the lease is signed.
