Sold in Paris 16th: a studio on rue Mignard
“An offer is not a sale: until the financing is secured, you need to keep other buyers in sight.”
A 34.55 m² studio on rue Mignard, in the 16th arrondissement, listed at €330,000 and sold for €315,000 in about a month and a half. In between, a first offer fell through, and the second was a cash purchase.

Two offers, one sale
A first offer was accepted, but the buyer did not obtain financing and withdrew. We then went back to the interested buyers, and a second offer came in, paid in cash. The buyer was a young person who wanted to live there.
What made the difference
The buyer wanted to carry out renovation work. We helped him with the quotes, through the trusted tradespeople we work with, so that he could picture the result and cost his project before committing.
- A back-up buyer kept in sight after the first offer
- A second offer paid in cash
- Renovation quotes obtained from our partner tradespeople
- A sale signed in about a month and a half
Selling in Paris 16th?
In the 16th, many buyers plan renovation work. Helping them cost it before they make an offer reassures them and speeds up the decision. And if an offer falls through, you need to be able to bounce back immediately.
