Sold in Gennevilliers: a house bought through an SCI
“With an unusual property, finding a buyer is not enough: you have to help them buy.”
A 151 m² house on a 260 m² plot in the Le Village area: a rare property, but an unusual one. It took us about three and a half months to sell it, and it was supporting the buyer that unlocked everything.
The property and its price
A large house with 151 m² of living space on a 260 m² plot, in the Le Village area of Gennevilliers. Listed at €499,500, it sold for €490,000.
The buyers: an entrepreneurial family
The buyers were a family who wanted to turn the house into high-end offices. A great project, but one that required careful thought about financing and the legal structure of the purchase before they could sign.
What made the difference
Our support on financing and legal structuring. With our partners, we helped the family set up a holding company and an SCI (a French property company), and the SCI made the purchase. Without this structure, the project could not have gone ahead on good terms.
- The buyer’s project understood from the first viewing
- Financing prepared with our partner bank
- A holding company and an SCI set up with our partners
- A purchase made by the SCI, through to the signing
Selling an unusual property?
A large house, commercial premises, a property to convert: these sell, but rarely in a few days. What matters is finding the buyer with a real project, then helping them finance and structure it. That is exactly what we do.
